A congressman tells the truth to an alphabet-agency thug

Congressman Mike Kelly shreds resigning IRS hack Steven Miller. And gets an ovation from the spectators.

More... we need more. We need to hold these criminals accountable, and not just with words. There need to be felony prosecutions.

It's a federal crime for a government official to conspire to deny Constitutional rights-- such as the right to free speech, participation in the democratic process, and equal protection of the law-- to any citizen:

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242:

Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law
This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S...
Acts under "color of any law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the bounds or limits of their lawful authority, but also acts done without and beyond the bounds of their lawful authority...

I'm sure that are many other laws criminalizing IRS harassment and threats against citizens based on viewpoint discrimination for political purposes.

The American people are sovereign in our beloved land, not these arrogant lefty government hacks. These alphabet-agency fascists need to understand that they are in a nation of laws, and they have violated the law massively.

We the People need to take this country-- our country-- back.

You're right about the felony prosecutions. Spending some time on the handle of a mop in a medium-security Federal cell block would do most of these Proglodytes a world of good. And we can start in the West Wing.

  2. And we all know how diligently Egnor went after the IRS under Bush, when the Bush Administration targeted lefty groups for the same kinds of scrutiny.

Never let it be said that Egnor is a raving hypocrite! Never.

Can you provide some specifics about the "lefty targeting"?

I have commented here before about the little piggy informants (hooever they are) and their love for Soviet psychiatry.

Here's a related, disgusting story about the "dissent is patriotic" Progressive regime and their paid thugs, from the Modesto Bee (5/22/13):

RICHMOND, Va. -- A civil liberties group filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday on behalf of an ex-Marine who was detained in a psychiatric facility after posting anti-government messages on Facebook, using the case to criticize a program that looks for veterans who may have become extremists.

Attorneys for The Rutherford Institute filed suit in Richmond over the weeklong detention last August of Brandon J. Raub, a veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Attorneys for Raub claimed his detention came under a federal program called "Operation Vigilant Eagle" involving surveillance of veterans who express views critical of the government.

The 27-year-old veteran from Chesterfield was taken into custody last Aug. 16, after being questioned by local police and federal agents about strident Facebook posts against the government...

A circuit court judge in Virginia's Prince George County ordered Raub released last Aug. 23 after the Rutherford Institute came to his aide. Judge Allan Sharrett said at the time that the government's case was "so devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy."

Here's an image of the "Vigilant Eagle"...
