Could they make it any more obvious?

The Grammy Awards were quite a spectacle. Witches galore, satanic worship, witchcraft. Oh my.

Katy Perry-- who crows that she has sold her soul to the devil-- actually did a satanic ceremony on stage.

In related news, thirty three gay couples were married during the show in a mass gay wedding.

In case you had any doubts about what gay marriage and our cultural descent is all about, I would presume that you no longer do.

  1. Satanists worship a Christian deity, and are thus just one of the many outlying Christian sects. Without Christianity there would be no Satanism. Perhaps we need to attack the “problem” at it root.

    1. Who do you think they worship Admiral, some other deity that just happens to also be named Satan?

    2. KW,

Satan is not a deity of any sort.
Are you really that thick, or is this some sort of attempt to play the clown?
Maybe you're just defending the faith, eh?

  2. Are you satanist, KW?

For next year we should send Peter Singer to the Grammys with his goat. Let them get married on stage, buy a house, make baaaaaabies and live happily ever after.

    1. No Eugen, I’m not a Satanist. I don’t believe in Satan any more than I believe in Santa. Anyone that believes that the theatrics of the Grammy Awards is actual worship of God’s evil fallen angel is much more of a Satanist than I am.

      you said:

*"I don’t believe in Satan any more than I believe in Santa."*

I found that same words reveal the secret meaning:

I believe in Satan more than I don't believe in any Santa.

      Is this correct?

      :D

  3. Our cultural mythology of supernatural evil is a Christian mythology. Christians should be used to the fact that when producers want to go creepy supernatural it’s almost invariably going to be Christian themed. Christians believe in all kinds of creepy stuff, from the devil and demons being active in the world, to the rightness of symbolically partaking in cannibalism of the last great human sacrifice. We live in a Christian culture and creepy Christian supernatural nonsense sells.

Actually Satan was revealed to us in Jewish writings. And I believe the world has already tried, and still is trying, to get rid of them.

    2. KW said: "The problem is religion, not the sheep who continue to be seduced by it. And it wasn’t the world trying to get rid of the Jews, it was Christians and Muslims."

This Satan person you don't believe in (which is just as he wants) has no problem having his minions wrap themselves in religious garb. Or in atheist's either. Even in science lab coats, if he can get away with it.

But it's pretty easy to tell which sheep belong to God, and which ones have been seduced by Satan to follow their own heart.

Those sheep who belong to the God of the Bible, who have been given a new heart, manifests: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control

Those seduced by Satan to follow their own hearts manifests: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties

    3. It's the other way around, Mr. Star. You know that, too. That's what I like about you. We should get to know each other a little better. I'll be in touch.

As much as I hate to say it, Popeye has a point. If you don't act out on stage, how else are you going to get people to watch a seemingly interminable parade of gasbag celebrities giving each other gold stars interrupted only by an endless series of video ads?

This is a culture where celebrated "painters" smear canvas with elephant shit (Chris Ofili) and menstrual fluid (Carina Úbeda Chacana), and famous "musicians" chant childish doggerel accompanied by machine-generated tones and a bevy of twerkettes, viz:

Penetentiaries is packed with promise makes
Never realize the precious time the bitch niggaz is wastin
Instutionalized I lived my life a product made to crumble
But too hardened for a smile, we're too crazy to be humble, we ballin
Catch me father please, cause I'm fallin, in the liquor store

    --- T Shakur

Impressive command of the language, eh? I guess you had to be there.

Headlines like "Beyoncé slammed by parents after VERY risqué performance" is oxygen in this culture.

Now, we interrupt this program for a pious message from the President about "income inequality". :-)

Actually, that's not what "they" - i.e., Johnathan Swift - say.

We have just enough religion to make us hate, but not enough to make us love one another.
--- Johnathan Swift (Dean of St Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin)

A bit more might make all the difference.

And what a difference in a few words, eh?

  6. They would never allow Christian things at the grammys. Therefore in reality the occult stuff is just for fun by people who deny its truth. i see no problem with it except there is no great music anymore relative to the 60's and 70's.

The gay thing seems to be throwing it in our faces and shows the gay agenda is really a bigger agenda about moral values for the collect society.
    its not about mere marriage.
It should be up to the people to decide as it was in history.
God said no to homosexuality but we don't do gods laws.
So it must be laws on mans values.
The courts say its not mans values either but rather a higher value of unknown origin.
Good guys everywhere just have to become better lawyers and accusers of the bad guys agendas.
We can beat them but we must get tougher. Tough Christian love. Also old fashioned patriotism about who is the boss.
    IN America and Canada.
