Judge releases Christian clerk as new alibi is confirmed

[Dissociated Press] U.S. District Court Judge David Bunning ordered the immediate release today of Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis, who has been held for two days in jail on charges of contempt of court for not issuing marriage licenses to gay couples.

Judge Bunning's release order came after surveillance videos taken at the time Davis was allegedly denying gay marriage licenses in her office showed that Davis was instead dismembering living babies as they were being born and selling their organs for profit.

"The videos completely exonerate Davis", Judge Bunning wrote in his decision, which takes effect immediately. "The defendant, rather than committing the heinous crime of obeying her conscience, was engaged in the completely lawful activity of aborting, dismembering and selling the corpses of very young children to boost revenue for her office."

Bunning said that the fact that Davis was engaged in a completely legal business at the time of the alleged discrimination exonerated her from any judicial proceedings.

President Obama and the Democratic National Committee hailed the judge's decision as a step forward for justice and human rights.

"We're glad that Ms. Davis was found to be standing up for human rights and women's health, instead of violating the rights of innocent gays" said the president's press secretary. "The Supreme Court has ruled that the Constitution nowhere protects her right to free exercise of religion, but it most certainly protects her right to kill very young children and sell their corpses."

  1. You really don't understand this "two wrongs don't make a right" idea, do you. Oh well, if that is the only way that you can justify defending a woman who intentionally violates someone's constitutional rights, feel free to go for it. But don't be surprised if people laugh at you.
